Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PicReels (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Access

You are responsible for controlling access to your device and for activity occurring through your session.

3. How the App Works

PicReels allows you to upload photos, apply templates and effects, and use AI tools to generate media content. The App is for personal, non-commercial use unless you obtain a separate commercial license from us.

4. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant PicReels a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App services you request.

Content deletion and retention are governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload or process content without required rights, consent, or authorization.
• Create or distribute illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or exploitative content.
• Use the App to impersonate any person or conduct deception (including deepfake fraud).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Violate applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Purchases

Certain features require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

• Payments are processed by Apple through in-app purchase.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date in your Apple account settings.
• You may restore eligible purchases through the App's restore flow.
• Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase policies are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
• Credits or consumable items are non-transferable and may have usage or validity limits as described in the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (such as payment processing, analytics/attribution, hosting, and AI processing vendors). Your use of those portions of the service may also be subject to the relevant third-party terms and policies.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated output is provided for creative and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, fitness, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use generated results.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicReels and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform requirements. You may stop using the App at any time. For data requests (including deletion requests), contact us and we will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be resolved through the competent courts or dispute mechanisms required by applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
